Our story
Built by travellers, for travellers.
Every trip started the same way: too many clothes, one small bag and a sizer waiting at the gate. We wanted to travel light without leaving half our wardrobe at home, and without paying the airline for the privilege.

From one small bag to Solvi ClickVac
The problem
One small bag for a whole trip
Budget airlines let you fly with one free under-seat bag: 40 × 30 × 20 cm on Ryanair. Anything bigger means paying for a cabin bag, and a bag that won’t fit the sizer can cost up to £75 at the gate.
The search
We tried everything
Rolling, packing cubes, cheap vacuum bags. The vacuum bags saved space at home, then needed a hand pump or a vacuum cleaner to repack for the flight home.
The answer
A bag with the pump inside
No pump to pack, nothing to lose, and the freedom to repack anywhere: the hotel, the airport, the flight home.
Vacuum compression
Press once. The air goes.
A small rechargeable pump sits inside the valve of every Solvi ClickVac. Close the airtight zip, press the button for two seconds and it draws the air out on its own. 15+ clothing items come down to about 5 cm, and one USB-C charge gives about 20 compressions.
Solvi ClickVac
Made to the size of the free bag
40 × 30 × 20 cm (24 L), the free under-seat bag on Ryanair, Wizz Air, Jet2, TUI and Vueling. Waterproof ripstop TPU, an airtight zip and 0.3 kg. It slips into the backpack you already own.
What’s next
Travel light, pay less
Our goal is simple: let you take what you need, in the bag you already own, without paying for it twice. And if you are charged at the gate anyway with a compliant bag, the Solvi Gate Guarantee covers you up to £75.
How the built-in pump works
-
Pack your clothes
Lay them flat inside and close the airtight zip all the way.
-
Press the button
Unscrew the valve cap and hold the button down for two seconds.
-
Let it shrink
The built-in pump draws the air out. Screw the cap back on and slide it into your bag.
What we stand for
